Attention Fox Cities Nonprofits

Fundraising opportunity for local nonprofits!

Is your organization looking for a way to raise money? We have just the fundraiser for you. It’s easy. We do all the planning, you just show up and do a little work and collect some money for your nonprofit. Over the last five seasons, groups have earned over $80,000 in donations. Roughly $50,000 of that was just in the last two years.

Here is how it works

Fill out the form below to let us know you are interested. One of our volunteers will get back to you shortly and give you more details.

After you speak to a volunteer, you will be given a chance to sign up for a set up day (November) or take down day (January). Your group will provide 5 or more members for one day from 8am to 3pm. (We provide lunch) All members must be ages 14 and older. Anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

If you have signed up for a set up or take down day, you then can sign up for an event night. Groups will provide 5 or more volunteers from 4:30pm to 9:30pm for their chosen night.

Your group will receive a portion of the donations based on a formula. FCFL receives 50% of the nightly donations. Your group will receive 10% of the donations from the night you worked. The remaining 40% gets divided equally among all groups. This ensures all groups get a fair amount in case you have a slow night or your night gets cancelled. All checks will be handed out in January.
